Located on top of the 32-storey Paragon Suites developed by renowned developer company in Johor Bahru, Paragon Globe Berhad, SFS Architecture was engaged for the design of P07, a show unit showcasing what a high-end penthouse living experience could be.

Situated strategically in the city, P07 overlooks the view of Johor Bahru cityscape. A modern and slick design was proposed for the interior spaces by drawing inspiration from the city identity. The concept is achieved by using white walls and light colour tiles as backdrop for the clean straight lines and darker colour shade which form the featured design elements. A void in the center of the penthouse coupled with green wall allows more interior areas to bath in natural light, soothing the sharpness of the interior tone.

Most design features are flexible and removable, so that when the show unit is bought, the new residents have the freedom to keep or modify them.The result is a contemporary design embracing and defining what high-end city living should be.
